"The sales representative, Lee Hubbard, came to our house around the first of April 2002 and gave an estimate. He was very professional and also friendly. He estimated that the waiting time for replacement from the time of signing the contract would be 3-4 weeks. After considering other gutters, we signed a contract on April 11. The office tried to schedule the installation 3 times before we were able to connect on a date (our fault, not theirs). The work was done on April 26. The workmen came when they were scheduled and were very proficient in everything they did. They also cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and even helped us remove a small bush that was in the way! This was altogether a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone. A final note: our next door neighbors have had the same type gutters for 3 years now, and they do work as they are supposed to. The extra cost is certainly worth it!"
