We are celebrating the 70th anniversary of our company this year and are very excited. The truth is, as soon as a roof is installed, it starts to age. But you can lengthen the life of your roof by scheduling a biannual inspection with us. By performing essential maintenance when it is needed, your roofing (of any type) will last substantially longer, and along with regular repair, usually no major issues will occur.

We at BELDON® understand that most homeowners like doing repairs on their house. Our recommendation is to partner with a roofing company like ours. We appreciate concerned homeowners and can work with you to identify which tasks need a professional and which tasks you can accomplish!

When we perform a roof inspection, we almost always find something to fix, whether your roof is old or new, people always ask how long their roof will last. We like to be able to tell them, “with the proper care it can last 18-20 years”.
